Anyone tuned in to watch the highlights of today's matches, including the HUGE Wales victory against Turkey in Baku, only to find we have to endure another backslapping nostalgia trip by big ears and baldy?

Great players in their day. No really they were. You were good. No but you were better...

Just in case you weren't old enough, have alzheimers or remember but need to be reminded just how great these guys were, the BBC will be only too glad to oblige.

And people wonder why everyone wants England to fail :shrug:

We've got Colman in the studio over here. Just watched a recording of the full game. I had to watch on my phone earlier. Fantastic display.

Now I'm trying to figure ways we don't get out of the group. Obviously, if Switzerland beat Turkey by more goals Italy beat us by we'll finish below them. But that's about as far as I can get. I'm too tired.

It was the same shite again tonight.

On the eve of the England v Scotland game the BBC did another piece on the Euro96 game between the two sides, England winning 2 nil.

Lineker pulling Shearer's leg and plenty of belly laughing.
All super confident of an England win.
Shearer even said they shouldn't rush back Harry Kane.

It really is nauseating stuff.
