Probably a few regretting going after Wednesday's shambles.
Come on you bloooobirds!
Re: LUTON TOWN v CARDIFF CITY: Match thread
If we're going to persist with the back 5 then Nelson has to come out of it, his distribution is terrible and any manager will just tell his players to make sure he gets the ball when Cardiff try and play out of the back. I think the natural home for Pack is to play in a back 3 at this point in his career. Something like:
Smithies
Ng McGuinness Flint Pack Giles
Ralls Vaulks
Colwill
Moore Davies

I think I'd pick exactly that from the players currently available.

If Sang is available I'd go for:
Smithies
Sang McGuinness Flint Ng Giles
Ralls Pack
Colwill
Moore Davies

I don't really get what everyone else sees in Sang, he's ok but he's certainly not a better wing back than Ng
Re: LUTON TOWN v CARDIFF CITY: Match thread
We're good enough for a draw against a team who play good football, but may just have a soft centre
2-2
Re: LUTON TOWN v CARDIFF CITY: Match thread

Match Facts
- Luton Town have lost their last four league games against Cardiff, their joint-worst losing run against the Bluebirds, also four in a row between April 1979 and November 1980.
- Cardiff have kept a clean sheet in their last three away league matches against Luton (W2 D1). The last time Luton scored against them at Kenilworth Road was a Chris Barker own goal in a 3-3 draw in February 2006.
- Luton, who lost 1-0 to Stoke last time out at Kenilworth Road, have only lost consecutive home league games once since re-joining the Championship in 2019-20, losing to Nottingham Forest and Leeds in November 2019.
- Cardiff City have lost 10 of their last 13 Championship matches (W2 D1) and lost 11 of their 19 league games so far this season. The last time the Bluebirds lost more than 11 of their first 20 league games in a season outside the top-flight was back in 1985-86 in the third-tier, when they lost 14.
- Luton striker Cameron Jerome has scored in each of his last five league appearances against former club Cardiff, netting a brace the last time he faced them in April 2018 for Derby.
