An Organised Rigid Robust Championship Team
A Coventry fan labelled us on one of there forums
thought that was a fair assessment on todays performance and today Buluts tactics worked a treat playing 3 in the midfield to nullify there number 10 who there fans really rate .
Too tired to give a proper account of todays decent performance and result but what a great 3 points
Well done to the travelling fans for good support too
I guess as I go into noddy land soon which Bulut team will turn up next Saturday

We dont think that was a special tactical set-up though do we? to account for the opposition number 10? He's played 3 in the midfield every single (league) game. If it worked today, it was just a coincidence.
Re: An Organised Rigid Robust Championship Team
Didn't think Coventry closed us down in midfield like Sunderland did. That gave midfield a chance to operate, which our 3 did pretty well. Turnbull in particular enjoyed that little bit of time and space.
Re: An Organised Rigid Robust Championship Team
what Bulut did different today was to play Ralls and Siopis very tight in the middle allowing Turnbull runs forward to support the forward link up play especially in the first half. Obviously last 1o minutes it was a back against the wall job when they threw everything at us
Against Sunderland Bulut played with just a middle 2 with 2 out wide . A different set up altogether
All 3 midfield players were excellent today . Ralls / Siopis and Turnball put in stella performances
lets hope Buluts Coventry side turn up on Saturday not the Sunderland version !!!
