Liverpool. EPL Champions
If you thought social distancing in Bournemouth was a problem earlier. Then Liverpool will surpass it tonight.
FT: Chelsea 2 - 1 Man City.
Meaning Liverpool are Premier League Champions.
-
Congratulations Liverpool
Doesn't really matter who wins the league, it's the money men.

Re: Liverpool. EPL Champions
What an ignorant cu*t Dalglish was in that interview. His phone was pinging almost every 30secs and he never once attempted to switch it off.

Because they did better than all the other teams that spent shed loads. Why do you care so much? Who did you think was going to win the Premier League? Burton Albion?

Re: Liverpool. EPL Champions
In my lifetime there was derby , Ipswich
Liverpool
Forest
Everton
Chelsea
Arsenal
Blackburn
Manchester United
Leeds
Leicester
And that's been about it really
Loads of big clubs have failed to grab the prize , spurs , wolves , wednesday , west ham
It's even more of a closed shop than it's ever been really
-
Re: Liverpool. EPL Champions
Fair play to Liverpool. Finally managed to join Blackburn and Leicester as one-time Premier League winners.
-
Re: Liverpool. EPL Champions
Someone posted earlier about liking the manager, style of football, players etc but dislikes Liverpool immensely.
I get it and I am so glad I am not a Liverpool fan.
Up the City :ayatollah:

You were alive when Ipswich won the league? I had you pegged as a few years younger than that.

So you remember Ipswich winning the league in 1961/62?

Re: Liverpool. EPL Champions
Great achievement on a shoestring budget as well , just imagine how much better they could have been with Warnock at the reins with a multi million pound transfer kitty .
