Yes you can renew in the ticket office, not just online. If you require a new card then you will need a photo now to with it and they will charge you £15 for this new card!
Will they let him renew on a match day though? I seem to remember before where you were allowed to renew before 12.00 then it was turned over to match tickets only but I can't find anything on it this time round.Quote:

City have a real inability to take your money off you - goes back years with me and see examples of this all the time.
