Shouldn't you get entered into the competition if you choose option 1 - the donation to the academy? Bit odd.
I wasn't expecting both access to watch the games and a credit for 20/21.

Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but what does the section above in bold/itallics getting at?
If you take option 3 which is a cash refund you won't be able to watch the remaining games is my reading of it
I will donate mine to academy as its a good for the future , it should be shown on the balance sheet for the season for this who doubt the club morals .
Up the City
I presumed the competition thing was for both options one and two
Personally think the club have given options for everyone to be happy there, will be going for option 2 myself
Does anyone believe the first option and that the donated money would actually go towards the academy? :hehe:[/QUOTE]
At first glance, I thought it was suggesting that by taking a cash refund, you give up your status/right to be a season ticket holder
Why will it ruffle anyones feathers ? We are being given the right to watch all City's remaining games free, including aways, whilst either donating the cost of the remaining home games to the club/academy or having the same money credited against next seasons season ticket or match tickets. Good deal if you ask me and the only thing everyone needs to do is ensure the club has an up to date e-mail address against their name, so that the access code for the games can be sent. I also read it as that anyone who wants a cash refund will be treated as if they are not renewing and will no longer be a season ticket holder, so wont get the game access or any other season ticket benefits and their seat will be released for general sale when this season ends. This appears fair as well. The best thing for the club would obviously be if everyone donated the remaining balance back to them (whether the academy actually gets it or not) as the other option will affect next seasons revenues at a time when the club is already under severe financial strain. I will be happy to do this, as I have already watched 18 home games and will be able to watch the remainder on tv plus the extra aways, so will be prepared to renew at full price whenever they are released for next season. Appreciate that other people will look at it differently but there doesn't appear to be much to complain about.
Well done Cardiff, very sensible offerings.
Although I think the competition should be be for option 1 and not option 2, as that is most selfless option ?
Donate is the only option. We need to still have a club when this is all over.
So, I decided to check my account details were all ok after having the refund options email. Clicked the link on the email, put my email and password in (100% the right email address). What comes back...."Email not recognised" So, the club sends an email and a few minutes later it tells me that the email address they've just sent an email to isn't recognised! After waiting, tried again and logged in no problem. Given my advancing years I'm now trying to remember what the options were!
