    Re: Season ticket cards

Agree Tony, I live quite some distance away but purchase a season ticket as my commitment to the club . However I then regard that seat as mine for the season and if I want a family member or friend...

    Re: Sala case

No I go quite frequently to Nantes with work , there are direct flights to Gatwick . If I recall correctly at the time there was a direct flight to Heathrow with BA but it was early afternoon and the...

Re: Leeds, Leeds are falling apart AGAIN

Very entertaining game, bet Leeds are happy there is no VAR in the Championship!

Excellent summary, yes I also believe this is the case Cardiff City are pursuing

    Re: Sunday football 21/04

Looked level on the still they showed, you probably had to analyse it in a magnified image to see it, that’s not the spirit of the game, no clear advantage, goal should be awarded

    Re: Sunday football 21/04

Agree entirely, can you imagine how those Coventry fans feel - and on the still they showed it looked level

    Re: Sunday football 21/04

VAR can do one, even when they drew the line it looked level, there was no clear advantage, ridiculous decision

Re: Vote For Your Player of the Season Here

I voted for Goutas, close between him and NG . Goutas was a bit ropey in his first few games but adapted very quickly to Championship football and is a decent centre half at this level and played a...

Re: Back when wrexham were our rivals

I was at both the Wrexham and Scunthorpe games, happy days after the many seasons of misery before that. Shame that all that momentum was lost though Rick Wright would only have been able to take us...
  11. Re: Looking at Burnley shef United and Luton did we actually do quite well in the Premier under warnock

Not so sure about that , Whittingham was the outstanding Championship player of that decade and Warnock would have been shrewd enough to have found a way to include him, same as he did with Adel...

Re: 2 Ex City promoted tonight

Or even more at Derby with James Collins, Mendez Laing , Curtis Nelson and Ebou Adams ( who of course is not “ex” just yet!)

    Re: Bale visits Pontyclun chippy

Nice story, Bale has always come across as a decent human being
  14. Re: Looking at Burnley shef United and Luton did we actually do quite well in the Premier under warnock

The crucial away game to Fulham was a very poor performance with what was at stake that day. And the Chelsea result was daylight robbery by the officials - but nobody knows how much the effect of...
  15. Re: MILLWALL v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

Looked offside to me too but let’s be honest we haven’t created a single chance in the 2nd half
  16. Re: MILLWALL v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

2nd half has been very scrappy. Dheijhou is awful but we are also very slow at getting the ball forward
  17. Re: MILLWALL v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

Oh my god Meite has scored!

Re: Could the jacks go down ?

They really did put their all into their cup final against us didn’t they ( still p*sses me off our team just rolled over for them). Can’t see them going down as they have a healthy gap but it might...
  19. Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread

No it wasn’t the worse half of football but the lack of ambition to go forward again at home and in a meaningless match is still very frustrating . It’s just all very dull

Re: Good jobs which no longer exist

My brother in law worked for Kodak in the photograph film and paper division for many years. It closed around 15 years ago and all were made redundant .

    Re: Warnock time?

He has a good track record of saving teams in this division and they’re not a bad side going forward. He would tighten them defensively and they have enough about them to score. He wouldn’t have a...

    Re: Portsmouth v Derby

Ebou Adams played well. Wonder if we’ll see him back next season?
  23. Re: COVENTRY CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

Yes it’s quite an entertaining open game
  24. Re: Bale & Ramsey consortium to buy Cardiff City !!

What are you two doing up at 5am on a bank holiday? :hehe:
  25. Re: CARDIFF CITY v SUNDERLAND. Match thread

So much for bouncing back from the abject Swansea performance. That was a half hearted performance from a team with nothing to play for and players who don’t care as they won’t be here next season...
