    Re: Leeds done and dusted?

Iím really not fussed who goes down but it would be funny if it was Leeds for all their myopic fawning over their Lord God Bielsa.

    Utterly laughable.

    Re: Pack Leaving

Yeah I always thought that he was quite a gifted footballer technically and amazed (or maybe not ) that we never got the best from him.
  10. Re: Steve Morison on Elis Jamesís Feast of Football

I just listened to the Morison interview (it isn't very long); he spoke quite a bit of sense but what surprised me is that he seems to be almost completely humourless.

    Now, I don't expect a stand...
  11. Re: Steve Morison on Elis Jamesís Feast of Football

    Harsh.

He may be a JB but his self deprecating sense of humour always makes me smile, but maybe it isnít for everyone.

    Re: Championship xg table.

    I agree.

Iím sorry to see him go as he was easily our best striker and the only one who could control the ball, hold it up and bring other teammates into play (pretty basic requirements...
  13. Re: Post your streams for today here please

None of these work for me :-(
  14. Re: FT: MIDDLESBROUGH 2 - 0 CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

I have actually. As I said, I went to Reading and watched most of the other games on TV.

We have to evolve (there is no future in playing the old way - NO other teams do!) so why not use these...
  15. Re: FT: MIDDLESBROUGH 2 - 0 CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

Sorry, one last thing: whereas the early era-Warnock football was exciting and got a load of journeymen promoted, it has been shown to be unsustainable. Just look how many other teams currently play...
  16. Re: FT: MIDDLESBROUGH 2 - 0 CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

    I have to disagree.

We played some good passing football (in the second half anyway) to beat an admittedly rubbish Reading side.

I also think that the definition of aimless soul destroying...
  17. Re: FT: MIDDLESBROUGH 2 - 0 CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

Are you saying that youíd rather go back to the Warnock/McCarthy days of hitting the front man ASAP?
  18. Re: FT: MIDDLESBROUGH 2 - 0 CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

On a positive noteÖÖ.it was good to see the team revert to a passing game and passing out from the back which, after Reading, I thought would be a blueprint for the future. We can only hope.

    Also...
  19. Re: FT: MIDDLESBROUGH 2 - 0 CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

Iím not sure how many games Morison needs to give Watters to make his mind up about him, but surely he knows that neither Harris nor Collins are Championship standard by now?

    Seeing those two...
  20. Re: FT: SHEFFIELD UTD 1 - 0 CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

    Thank you 🙏
  21. Re: FT: SHEFFIELD UTD 1 - 0 CARDIFF CITY. Match thread

    How did Watters play today?

Re: How bad are Man United?

    Of course.

But any big club stupid enough to employ him as their manager clearly has no idea what they are doing.

Re: How bad are Man United?

They definitely donít have a great squad. They have some decent players but they also have some very ordinary and limited players. Ask yourself which United players would get into the first team of...

  25. Re: FT: CARDIFF CITY 0 - 1 LUTON TOWN. Match thread

Or was that just because Reading are the fourth worst team in the League and Luton are the fourth best team in the League?

(I didnít think that Luton looked very good btw, but I suppose they were...
