Re: Keith Hill sacked as Tranmere boss

They were relegated from League One last season.
  2. Re: Name the existing players likely to be in starting eleven for our first match of next season.

Is Ralls out of contract? If not I'd expect to see him starting. What about Bacuna and Harris?

    Re: People using "Americanisms"

Staff asking "what can I get for you?" isn't bad, they are going to get it. The customer asking "can I get" irks me. "No, you can not get it, unless you come behind the counter and know how to...

    Re: People using "Americanisms"

I once said to my son, who has a degree in English Language, "that's not a real word, it's made up", his reply was "all words are made up, some of them recently, some a long time ago".

I enjoyed reading that, it wasn't boring at all.

  19. Re: Anyone starting to feel fed up with their job?

  21. Re: Advice required regarding no-win, no-fee legal representation in respect of unfair dismissal

Obviously I wouldn't bring a case of wrongful dismissal if I didn't think that I was wrongfully dismissed.
  22. Re: Advice required regarding no-win, no-fee legal representation in respect of unfair dismissal

  23. Re: Advice required regarding no-win, no-fee legal representation in respect of unfair dismissal

It's a bit late for your relative, but for others, this is just one of many reasons to join a union.

Re: The Coolest Man In Blues In My Opinion

I saw him then and in the early 80s in London on the bill with either George Thorogood or Albert Collins, I don't remember who was topping the bill, but all were good.
