Use the fifth icon from the left of the icons in the quick reply box, then you'll be able to upload an image.
Inserting pics always foxes me too, as does people who put hyperlinks to stuff yet manage to name the actual link instead of simply copy paste the link itself

You need to upload the photo to photbucket then post it on here
i clicked quick reply and then on the icon in the row of formatting options that looks like a jpeg icon and pasted the link from google images where I found it - then it took me to the usual post message screen and i sort of did the same again i think and then hit reply. All a bit random but it worked not sure i could do it again
