cumon fans, feel the noise. Slade is rubbish
Did he really say we were getting balls into the box with quality???
What a clown.
Now where have we heard that before?
Swipe at the owners there "It's their decision to loan players out, not mine".Originally Posted by bobh wrote on Mon, 06 April 2015 19:08
he does the folded arms and staring at the pitch as well as the dusting ourselves down line!!!
He is a weak minded fool. He took the job, took the purse and hasnt got the guts to tell the owner which player(s) he wishes to keep.
He also appears to watch a different game to the rest of us.
Oh, and I also claim my £5.Originally Posted by Scarlet Blue wrote on Mon, 06 April 2015 19:27

Slade is far from the best we have had, but .. he's also getting hamstrung to quite some extent.Originally Posted by Loya Jirga wrote on Mon, 06 April 2015 19:26
I wish Slade was half the manager Jones was. Dave Jones had us playing the best football I have ever seen us play and I've seen teams under every manager since Scoular.Originally Posted by Arfur Europe wrote on Mon, 06 April 2015 19:39
Slade is feckin useless. He took the job and the money knowing full well that he was going to have to ship the best players out. What manager with any ambition takes a job under those terms.he can't turn around now and say 'if only we had Kenwynne'Originally Posted by Vimana. wrote on Mon, 06 April 2015 19:59
He was facing the sack at Orient at the time....Originally Posted by Joe Gillis wrote on Mon, 06 April 2015 21:41
Slade's post match interviews do nothing to inspire any sort of confidence in him from the fans or the local press. He always seems very very nervous in interviews and seems uncertain in his comments about how we've played/performed.
How on earth he can instil any inspiration or "go get them" attitude in the players is beyond me.
I'd be more inspired by that lump of lard which appeared on "Have I Got News For You"
The clown has got to go........sooner than later.
I could live with a manager with the personality of a wet tea bag IF behind the scenes he had the hidden talent to get the players to perform to 100% of their ability. It's clear that the players tried harder today but they had f*** all coming from the manager in support or tactical ideas during the game.
Well pissed off to lose to what looked liked a very poor Bolton side in the first half.
Lennon's little tweaks to their tactics paid off while Slade fumbled with his hands in his pockets.
