A bunch of old people will complain on football messageboards about how terrible the line up is this year and how Glastonbury is no longer cool since the middle class had the audacity to start attending.

This is true as I used to have a problem deciding which band to see next, they used to clash and it was an issue, it wouldn't be now that is for sure. Still, there is so much going on the bands are almost an irrelevance.......

Sorry, the whole article made me laugh how it at first seemed to be covering the festival with some positivity and then it suddenly turned into some witch-hunt for those evil balloons, seeking them out here and there...

Tickets were 38 quid from splillers,we paid 32 from scousers outside.
It was bonkers that year,****ing loved it,the little i can remember,still get the odd flashback. i blame the mushrooms and dennis the menaces.

As you say, even when there isn't someone to see there is more than you can possibly make it to around the festival. It's still amazing even though it might not be as good as it once was.
