Black bin & food caddy not collected this week due to inclement weather.
Black bin will be fine but the caddy is full.
How the **** does a bit of wind disrupt a bin lorry?
The recycling guys got round.
Incompetent council workers again.
Should be sacked immediately.

Well seeing all the bins thrown around the streets because of the wind, that might explain it. Takes longer to fetch rubbish from bins that are on their sides.Originally Posted by Alex DeLarge wrote on Mon, 08 February 2016 18:52
Considering they refuse to empty any bin where the lid is being pushed open half a millimetre by "excess" rubbish then that really doesn't surprise me.Originally Posted by Barry Dragon wrote on Mon, 08 February 2016 19:39

The disposal site if it is a landfill will close if the weather gets too bad as it's difficult to bury waste if the land is flooded
Recycling rounds tend to be emptied in covered transfer stations so weather is less of a factor
Probably why but I'm not in the country am not arsed anyway
I have to say that compared to other cities Cardiff Council are way off the pace when
it comes to the basics.
Along Sloper Road and down to the Cornwall there are still piles of wet slippery leaves which have been
there since last October. Perfect for an accident and a compo claim and the council would have no one to blame
but themselves.
I see what you did there.Originally Posted by Alex DeLarge wrote on Tue, 09 February 2016 08:01
