when did you start them? Today or in the past two days.

if it was yesterday or Tuesday then all the new threads we were using to test the board etc may have been overwritten when the board was switched today.

Make sure you check the 'Remember Me?' box under the login box.

Then I would guess they were over-written. The 48 hours before the official change today was to test things out. So new threads from taht period probably gone.

good point. if you are logged out frequently it's more likely to be a browser / cookie setting on your computer rather than a setting in the admin on here.

I still can't get on either board as Taunton Blue Genie - as I do not receive the automated password. I ended up trying to change it on the old board first that just exacerbated the situation.
And messaging Moggis has not been fruitful as I have never received a reply.

The "remember me" thingy not working for me on iOS devices - is there a browser setting I need to change in my iOS settings?

How do I put the image in the page?

Can someone help me with this too. I have tried a few times - and also tried to follow the instructions (above) but only manage to post a link to the image. I knew what I was doing on the old board - but I'm missing something here. Thanks.

Not sure if thus has been reported.

When fully signed in, on an iPad running IOS 9.x , default browser - Safari.

Usernames do not appear in the left hand section - see attached pic.

Using an alternative IOS browser - Dolphin - is fine.
Seems to be a Safari on IOS issue?

Re: Troubleshooting help - Please report in this thread

The inability to just go to the list of threads in the forum you're in is really irritating especially on a mobile phone

Can't see polls in mobile version

Got to the bottom of this one - it was not a CCMB issue, nor a Safari issue.

In case it helps anybody else , it was a 3rd party ad-blocker I had configured to work with Safari called ' Umbra '.
Bizarre that it is blocking MB usernames!- but clearly it is, as they reappear again when I disable Umbra.
It may be something I can tweak, not looked yet - or maybe I need a different Ad-blocker on the iPad.

Settings at the top of the page, then email and password on the left.
