They have got excellent facilities and decent funding.
Their biggest problem has always been because they are a student team they have problems with availability at the start and end of the season, and a massive player turnover.
However they don't have to worry about time of work for travel and have a massive group of very good young players to choose from.
I had an involvement with Inter Cardiff. Logan Plant was a UWIC player that played when UWIC took over Inter. Robert Plant used to come to watch matches. Logan wasn't a goalie though he was an outfield player.
