No. I was an emotional wreck after the first 10 seconds of Wales-England when we tried to give them a goal start and now need a lie down in a darkened room.
Well I'm coping with it by reminding myself that we were about a minute away from getting a point, we had a proper moment of magic with the Bale screamer putting us 1-0 up, at least we didn't get battered 5-0 and we still have a pretty good shot of getting through the group stages.
EDIT: Oh, and Ramsey played like a man possessed, absolutely outstanding effort from that man.
