Film production crew outside Hawthorn Primary School

Just went past Hawthorn Primary in Llandaff North and the whole road outside the school is lined with TV and film vans, lighting, catering, the full works. Anyone know what they're filming there?

Doctor Who I guess. Most of the vehicles have been parked up in the TA Centre car park for a few days and they've been filming behind the tower blocks in Gabalfa earlier in the week
