I've got an order confirmation, but how do you actually get the ticket?

Just spoke with ticket office.

The tickets are attached as a PDF to a secondary email that you get about 10 minutes after you get your initial confirmation email. You need to print these out as they will act as your tickets.

Doors open at 5:00pm tomorrow and the squad is expected to arrive between 6:30 and 7pm.
