Sorting the insurance out this morning Tony, I got emails, reference numbers, passwords etc coming out of my ear holes & arsehole. Actually spoke to a human being this morning, last night confirmed that 24/7 service is a load of bollocks unless you like chatting with a robot who continually asks you ‘how am I doing?’ or ‘I didn’t quite understand that’.
Anyway I think/hope it’s in the process of being sorted, horrendous thinking what the outcome could have been.
