Hell of a partnership from carlson and northeast, shame carlson didn't get to his ton. Salter deserves a lot of credit for seeing off 61 balls earlier aswell, that new ball was doing a bit under the clouds. If he hadn't stuck it out we easily could have been 4 down for not many.

Good morning although a little slow and missed out on the final batting bonus point.
Strange approach to that fifth batting point, it seemed that there were minds changed quite often - some signs of spin from the pitch as well.
It seemed like weighell fancied a go at it, poor neser looked comfortable blocking and going for singles, but just couldn't get near the ball whenever he really went for it. Was quite painful watching Cooke and Neser this morning, but the runs they eked out are looking very valuable now. The more Leicester struggle , the better those innings look.
