Will developing Mentality Monsters include Creativity Centaurs?

Put this along with some of the utterances of our previous two managers and City are storming away with the Football Gobbledygook League this season.

The under 21s are home to Millwall today with an earlier kick off time of midday - I presume it will be streamed.

I think he comes across well, those terms are being used with youngsters, it's a simple message to teach them to improve their physicality and mentality at an early age.

It’ll be sixty years since I saw my first City game in October and for fifty nine of them I’d say I was able to understand the large majority of what those in charge of the footballing side were talking about. Not this season though, although Lamouchi doesn’t English as his first language, I understand what he says - I couldn’t say that about Morison and Hudson for much of the time and, on that evidence, the same applies to Gavin Chesterfield.

could you genuinely not understand them, or are you just being obtuse?

1-0 fine goal by Mark Harris even if the keeper may have been at fault.

Morison and Hudson especially had a version of “football speak” that I struggled with - I didn’t fully understand what he was talking about when it came to treatment of injuries in particular. Yet, when he was playing for us, I found Hudson to be articulate and interesting - as manager, he’d talk a lot and not say much, which, I suppose was probably the object of the exercise.

Watching this Millwall are the better side.
They’re putting Cardiff under so much pressure all over the park.
Colwill looks so far off his game it’s embarrassing

Colwill is one-of a few in this City side who look to be very low in confidence - none of what you’d call the first team contenders are doing well.

I think Colwill often takes a bit of time to feel his way into games, hopefully he will get his mojo back soon.

milwalls pressing has been very effective, we need to counteract that

Could have a lifeline back into the 1st team squad with Robinson's injury.

Watched for 10 mins during lunch and seen Colwill given the ball away at least 4 times

I can see the pass he's trying to do but sometimes he just needs to stick to the simple things

Cardiff are looking more structured second half
    First half was very scrappy
    Superb goal by Antwi

City cap a really poor minute or two defensively by conceding a second.

Re: The Bluebirds Academy and DVP thread...

    Zimba makes it 4-2.

How many times can you give the ball away in 30 seconds?!

Re: The Bluebirds Academy and DVP thread...

Finished 4-2, flattered us a bit, but we were more clinical in taking chances and scored four good goals.
