I listened to a random podcast last night, the host I thought got it about right.

If he (the legal team) indicts Evergreen he'll walk 2020,
if he doesn't, his base will disappear far quicker than a hostile MSM article.
It's a zero sum game for him, if he doesn't drain the alleged swamp and loses in 2020,
they will Goal him and his family for a very long time.
