    Yeah, of course he was. Oh well, I tried, but I knew all along I would not get a straight answer from you - no one ever does

    Facts are facts, even if you don't want them to be facts. Ukraine are now officially investigating Burisma Holdings whether you like it or not. How much straighter do you want my answer to be?

    So, this is an anti corruption deal whereby the American President is required to withhold Congress approved military aid payments to Ukraine as a part of the procedure and demand that one of his political opponents' sons be investigated by them before said investigation can take place is it? I see, but the thought does strike me that it's all a complicated for a deal whereby two countries are co-operating isn't it? I find your use of the word "now" in your last messages interesting.

    Well, that is the CNN version of events, but it's not the correct version

    Seems an great democratic proposal , for everyone Republicans and Democratic's , this is not partisan issue its about freedom ,what is left wing Bernie saying as FISA is a basic spying infringement of human rights surely and he is a rare USA socialist, I guess supporting Trump on this privacy issue could kill their election chances ?

    Interestingly, the prior administration are the only ones in history who have never done anything wrong according to Captain Bob.

    I find it hard to understand that view, no matter your politics, thier corruption, womanising, covert wars, spying on its own is documented and known.

    My first post on this subject made it clear that I think both impeachments went entirely along, deeply biased, party lines with more consideration given to that than any objective study of any evidence of wrongdoing. All I was asking is what makes one different from the other to the extent that one was an "attempted coup" and the other wasn't? Your answers in this exchange have only proved what's known already - you are as deeply biased as the politicians on both sides and would be arguing completely differently if Trump had been charged with Clinton's "offence" and vice versa.

    All this about a coup, overturning the result of an election, deep state, it's all for a reason. Should Trump lose in November, the groundwork has been laid to refuse to accept it.

    An objective study of the evidence in the Trump impeachment trial showed that there wasn't any evidence, it was simply Part Two of the Russia Collusion hoax.

    Trump is once again denying saying somthing he did indeed say, and this time it’s something about coronavirus.

    @realDonaldTrump

    I NEVER said people that are feeling sick should go to work. This is just more Fake News and disinformation put out by the Democrats, in particular MSDNC. Comcast covers the CoronaVirus situation horribly, only looking to do harm to the incredible & successful effort being made!

    2:30 PM - Mar 5, 2020

    Appearing on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show last night, Trump said of coronavirus, “Because a lot of people will have this and it’s very mild. ... So if, you know, we have thousands or hundreds of thousands of people that get better, just by you know, sitting around and even going to work, some of them go to work, but they get better.”

    As said by Inigo Montoya in the classic The Princess Bride: "You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means".

    They go to work because they don't know they've got it due to very mild or non-existant symptoms. 3 years of fake news and you still fall for it everytime

    Some jumped-up Bush appointed judge publicly rebuking the US Attorney General's interpretation of the findings of the Mueller Report. Bloody "rule of law" nerd!

    "The inconsistencies between Attorney General Barr’s statements, made at a time when the public did not have access to the redacted version of the Mueller Report to assess the veracity of his statements, and portions of the redacted version of the Mueller Report that conflict with those statements cause the Court to seriously question whether Attorney General Barr made a calculated attempt to influence public discourse about the Mueller Report in favor of President Trump despite certain findings in the redacted version of the Mueller Report to the contrary," Walton wrote in his decision.

    "These circumstances generally, and Attorney General Barr’s lack of candor specifically, call into question Attorney General Barr’s credibility"
