What happened there then? He seems quite happy in this pic:

Yes, good times!! Although the likes of TLG and BIS would have you think times were better when your average city crowd looked like this:

Edit: Having said that, those were good times, just wanted an excuse to post the big hand man.

Those guys thought that 3k v Exeter were happy days.
They never had a problem with Clemo, Grogan and the nauseating S.H.

Yeah, losing at home to Weymouth in the FA Cup when 2-0 up were happy days.

Nah, just different times, and you can't really equate them. I'll admit it had a certain charm but the racism, violence, shite crowds, decrepit stadium, absolutely dogshit football, skint charlatan owners.. it was a load of wank for the most part, people who hark back to those days seem to forget that for the majority of the time there was ****ing tumbleweed rolling around Ninian Park, the rose tints go on and bullshit intensifies, sure you might have personally enjoyed those days more, you know why? because you've gotten OLD. Modern football has it's issues, but look at the contrast in the two pictures posted. No contest, and attendances and revenue bear that out, disagree all you want but you're just stuck in the past, a nostalgic fallacy of your own making.
