Compared to that the Brexit vote is a landslide victory.
That wasn't a vote to trash the economy, suffer food and medicine shortages and remove our freedoms to live, work and travel freely in Europe.

Bit of scaremongering there. As for medicine shortages, you will have seen the recent press on HRT medicine shortages, caused in large by Europe free movement of goods directive, where medical wholesalers can buy medicines in a low price country like UK and sell them to a higher price country in Europe like Germany..leaving UK patients short. That should stop when we leave, and there is no reason why medicine imports should be a problem post Brexit. By the way the UK is a net exporter of medicines. we sell more to Europe than they do to us

The UK is a net exporter of medicines, in a general sense. But, specific medicines are produced elsewhere. It isn't scaremongering at all, and that is borne with the fact the the Government have just spent around £90m on using ferries to transport medicines around for 6 months. But, yes, we have to leave because of, well, only one reason now... 3 years ago 17.4 million people voted to leave on the basis of a shit campaign that was bare on facts, and what facts there were were called fear mongering. Like you just did.

I don't think the government has spent £90 m for ferries to transport medicines around, where did you get that from? It makes sense for it to plan for some disruption and it has provision for ferries but not specifically for medicines, which by their nature are small volume and for specialist medicines also high value. The medicine supply chain is complex but pretty robust and whilst there may be a few blips along the way there is no reason why we won't get medicines from the EU nor they from us.

I think Sky is doing the scaremongering now. It says 3000 HGV s a week, will be able to board these ferries, but be assured that is not solely for medicines, so its headline is a bit suspect in my opinion.

The Pharmaceutical industry has taken and will take steps to ensure continuation of medicine supply be it via ferry or air and I know that they have robust plans in place to counter any blips in the early days.

Fine, call it scaremongering, but offer something factual to dismiss it.

How many of the 3000 HGVs will be used for medicine supplies? (The sheer fact that the 5th largest economy in the world is having to secure medicine supplies whilst not at war is madness, no matter how you dress it up).

What are these robust plans you speak of?

Unfortunately it was a vote for idiots who can’t give the go ahead for 20 miles of motorway bypass

Oh, but we got loads of signage in Welsh, so we won’t forget what country we’re in

    Idiots, the lot of them

A thread dedicated to England's loss to the Czech Republic ends up being about Welsh signage
