    Warnocks Replacement.

Warnock is affectively working his notice. He is in a very high profile position, i would have thought that any business that's aware of a high level employee's departure would be looking about for a replacement. Does anyone think that Dalman and Choo have sounded anyone out?

Think we've all been supporting City long enough to know they probably still believe Warnock when he says "the boys will come good". So no, they probably haven't.

A resounding no, who out of the present board has seen us play this season?

    Re: Warnocks Replacement.

Steve Borley and Ken Choo have watched nearly all the games. Mehmet Dalman has watched a few as well. The Malaysian directors haven’t watched any but they are only on the CCFC board as Vincent Tans stooges or as favours for others back in Malaysia

According to the sky commentator today the Cardiff City board have already been holding meetings about this

    This is correct.

Its just a shame we'll be in a shit place when he leaves.

    The reverse shit sandwich.

If that is the case, which i wouldn't be surprised by, then that's poor.

A few months ago all it seemed set up ready for Bellamy to take over.

That ship has sailed now it seems

I’m tempted to stick £20 on Pulis.

Another transfer window under Warnock does seem pointless.

It would be good if we could forfeit the January window and have three the following season!

Unless we sort things out with FIFA we won't be having a transfer window

It'll be Bamba as player manager

    Or Blackwell/Jepson

I don't think that'll be the case. They're all his henchmen aren't they? I love Bamba to bits but I'd imagine he's easily influenced by 'our Neil.

Blackwell and Warnock have parted ways before

I think that Warnock will do all that he can to keep jepson and Blackwell in a job.

If Sol wasnt still playing I could see Andy Legg to moving up to the first team with Sol taking over the Under 23s.

Bellamy is the obvious answer, maybe with an older, more experienced, assistant manager. Or Nathan Jones, I know he had a torrid time at Stoke. Or even Pulis. ANyone but Mike Flynn or Sol Bamba. (or Jepson and Blackwell). Or maybe Lee Johnson or Steve Cooper, although why would they want to come here??

Bellamy is 40 already, he should already be in a management position.

Which means he should be ready now.
The names mentioned on here (Jepson, Bamba, Flynn etc.) would not encourage anyone to come here, not to mention changing the football philosophy.
Message to the board - swallow your pride and bring him in around mid January

It will almost definitely be someone in that mould, I'm not sure anyone on here wants it to be, but it will be, particularly if Warnock has anything to do with it
