Apologies to elytillidie beforehand as he does raise legitimate concerns over how Sisi's government is dealing with dissent and legitimate criticism and this looks a suspicious death to add to some others.
However, as is the way with this board, we swiftly descended into the land of the pun. With that in mind can I add that perhaps there would have been a different outcome if he had read the Nile by Mouth instructions on the label!
