If you were in charge of enlisting a group of say 100 people to inhabit Mars.....who would you choose??
Would you choose the best available people with the required expertise....or would you draw up a list that HAD to include 'others', lets say PoC, ????ie positive discrimination.....regardless of whether they were the best qualified.
