The email sent says I should redeem my code asap to avoid the rush, I click the button and it takes me to the page outlining the options for the different choices of refund.. Nothing about the i-player codes or the such..

I can see the Club TV so I persume its accepted the code.
I could see Club TV before I received the code though.

On webpage https://www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/cardiff-city-tv hover your cursor over the 'Club TV' header in the menu and choose 'Live' from the sub-menu that appears. You should have a test page.

Thank-you, TBG and others. Success. You can also cast the games to a tv by clicking on the icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
With a little bit of thought and clearer instructions from City, however, the process could have been far less problematic.

Got the Uni ad, other than that rolling circle then black page.
There is free content on club tv which anyone can see, so it may not have worked.
I had the email clicked on redeem
It took me to a page which mentioned audio
It said put in redemption code I put it in and accepted it
I don't think it's Gona work with TV tbh.
Why do they make everything so Facking complicated.

I was just hoping the email took me to a screen that said put your code in and then it said your voucher was successful you can watch the remaining home games of the season on Cardiff City player.

Yep. Me, too. But failing that there should have been easy instructions to follow. Even applying how I wanted to use my ST credit on Monday left me confused. 'Pending,' could have meant anything.

OK I've logged in to my sons apple mac on the Cardiff City app and I'm getting the test screen.
