Get one attached to a grindstone so you can get flour as a by-product

It depends on how much you are prepared to pay. I am now on my second treadmill since Lockdown began. Got a full refund on the first and cheaper one and bought a more expensive replacement. However, I could have spent a lot more but I'm not loaded like you

How old are they? Kids don't need a treadmill. Call me old fashioned, but send them out to play. Still plenty of trees and fields about.

Buy cheap buy twice....you need a decent one. The thin ones that feel like they will fall apart probably will

    + pedo’s and druggies .

It’s not a perfect world out there.
They go running with their dad, but he’s gone back to barracks.

They go cycling, but they’re just bored like the rest of us.

    Looking to spend about £400

Got a Vfit treadmill. Had it about 5 years and bought second hand from a friend. Had plenty of use over the past few months. Also a few years when it wasn’t used at all. Robust and no problems with it.

Not sure about models but please take care with choice of music

I used to have this on my gym music

    https://youtu.be/Y3rH0PHVzyk

Cha cha slide by DJ Casper

The difficulty came with the singer telling the listener to step to the left , which dutifully I did forgetting that I was on a treadmill

Cuts and bruises healed in a few days by the trauma lingers on

It's never been safer. Back when we were growing up there wasn't a sex offenders register, the council and police didn't know where sex offenders were. There's drug problems but they don't seem to bother anyone. I'd say that being a kid during the 70s and 80s was alot more risky in terms of violence than it is now, There really isn't a load of Peadophiles and drug addicts out there ready to pounce on our kids.

The woods and parks around Pontprennau are full of needles

Two reported incidents involving weirdos in cars in the last month.

Thanks for your input, but better safe than sorry

Your shout i guess. I'm the other way, i like my kids to take risks that are minimal, like going out to play and to the park with a ball, everyone is different though

They’re out everyday, Tredegar Park at the moment. But not all their friends like jogging, hence the need to have one at home

There is, there's one behind every tree. That's why it's not safe for kids to walk to school, mummy has to take them in the car. Not to mention the ones that may be in school waiting for them.
The world isn't safe, and while I'm at it all competitive games should be banned in schools because not winning may harm a child's mental development and all children should be issued with free elbow and knee pads in case the fall over in the playground.
