Sounds like more feral behaviour. It’s time to bring the army in. No more pussyfooting. If the police haven’t got the authority to disperse a crowd like tonight and last night in Brixton then bring in the heavy hitters.

I think this was always going to happen, walked over to heath park about 8.30pm and there were hundreds of youngsters there in large groups, playing football, having a drink and just being young. In away it was nice to see. Thing is, they've probably had enough, more than us oldies, although the ironic thing is that when things get back to normal, they wont be seen, back to sitting in their bedrooms on instawank or whatever it's called.

I'm guessing that's when the pubs open? Yup, a bit of hot weather and a wide selection of pissheads, plus the boozers opening-gonna be fun.

    How times have changed.
Folk living at the time had to go through a 4 yr world war and a 7 yr world war, losing loved ones , food rationing, huddling in Anderson shelters to avoid bombs, and generally having fu*k all. When both wars ended, people were dancing in the streets and rejoicing.
Fast forward to 2020, and after being asked to stay in the comfort of their own homes for 3 months, to save lives, with the opportunity to go out and exercise daily, all mod cons including satellite TV and the internet, the 1st time they are allowed out, and its carnage. *****ng numbskulls.

    Re: Trouble Down The Seaside

BBC wales news have just said they have had reports of hundreds of youths " gathering " at ogmore beach car park

The videos my mate has sent me from his balcony overlooking the beach show people scrapping and a load of police vans

    If that's a gathering , I am staying away

Lockdown, heatwave, alcohol and idiots is a recipe for disaster. Compared to some of the scenes I witnessed In town when the age of those involved yesterday, it looked like a grannies tea party.....
