Vardy. It was between us and Leicester at one point and he chose them.

Fee was agreed I think. Given the difference in both clubs since he moved you've got to say he chose well.

What's to say he couldn't have turned our fortunes around? Small margins in football and the odd player can make a difference.

Dont know if we were really in for him or not, but can remember reading about us being linked with Victor Wanyama at one stage before he went to Southamton. Thought he would have been ideal at the time.
