    I’m a great believer in “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.

    He had a winning formula, why change it for changing sake.

    We played 50 minutes without a recognized striker. Charlton were set up for a tight game. No home crowd to urge you on and create a pressure atmosphere. Charlton no real chances, we had a couple of half chances. A dull, tiresome game agreed, but it wasn't that bad a performance from City..

    Charlton made 7 changes, so we basically played their reserves! We haven’t the quality to break down teams that just come to defend! Charlton played our game against big teams and deserved their point.

    Starting with Pack and Adomah was like playing with nine men. Pack's trademark sideways passes always seem to go a yard behind the intended receiver.
