Me too. When I try Live it says I need a subscription or enter a voucher (which I've done already), and if I try to enter voucher again it says already redeemed.

Will email them tomorrow. I have access to another ST and that code works.

Code came just before kick off into junk stroke of luck! Did the redeem code thing though so may end up with the voucher redeemed issue for the next one...
