Me too. When I try Live it says I need a subscription or enter a voucher (which I've done already), and if I try to enter voucher again it says already redeemed.

Will email them tomorrow. I have access to another ST and that code works.

My friend tried to log in to his dad’s account last night and it didn’t work. Kept saying subscription required - yet his dad was watching no problem
