More generally, BoJo master plan so far has been one constant collosal fuuck up so I'm not surprised at this.

I live in an English seaside resort. At 9am nobody in Wetherspoons, few on the promenade and a couple having their hair cut. At 11am a few more people around but so far very quiet. However, there are pictures online of huge traffic jams on the Exeter section of the M5 so am expecting it to get busier later.
