Unless you’re being ironic, pray tell “how are the people in north Cardiff, Caerphilly or the valleys, supposed to access our wonderful train station, or invisible BUS STATION” ???

How are people from the east of the city expected to get into the city at all. no trains, buses bolloxed and roads closed.
