Sandwich. Pop/Capri Sun. Chocolate. Crisps. Bit of fruit.
For me it’s Drink, sandwich, crisps then chocolate. Don’t eat the fruit.

Remember in school when you got a banging meal (for me sausage/turkey twizzlers, smiley faces and beans/tomatoes) lovely sponge desert or if your lucky one of those biscuits half dipped in chocolate and then they serve that shit up with squash

Can’t beat ice cold water for hydration. Well, an ice cold lager maybe but not when at work on a lunchtime.
BLT sandwich or chicken tikka baguette, salt and vinegar McCoy’s, reese nutrageous chocolate bar, bottle of Coke Zero.
‘Takeaway’ container of salad with chicken tikka or ham in it, coleslaw and salad cream. ( taken to work in a cool bag), cup of tea, Go Ahead yoghurt bar, then an orange or a Granny Smith (has to be a Granny Smith).
There is water in most if not all drinks on the market.
Bin. Find KFC
or vice versa.
