With so many complaints/enquiries, on the internet, what was supposed to be the first phone booking day (yesterday, wednesday), was mostly cancelled and the staff, were going through all the complaints and clearing them up.

I think they have realised, the internet, is not the be all and end all, of an aging fan base.

My old man who is nearly 90 and has been going down there since just after the war, got confused and didn't apply the voucher code. I've emailed the ticket office for him but they reckon there's nothing they can do.

Could you suggest somebody at the club I could write to?
