Cardiff City can confirm that outstanding 2019/20 CityCash balances will be cleared at midnight on Friday 21st August 2020.
However, supporters who have purchased a 2020/21 Season Ticket will retain their current CityCash for the upcoming season.
This is in addition to any CityCash earned upon renewal. Thank you once again for your support.
All starting balances for the 2020/21 season will be awarded on Tuesday 1st September 2020.

Does anyone know when 2020-21 Club Membership will go on sale?
We should be able to use the CityCash balance from this year towards next year's membership fee (£25 last time) but I can't see anything on the club website apart from last year's membership details and next year's season tickets.
Out of interest I finally got a reply on last seasons refunds. It basically says sorry, lack of resource, delayed, we'll do it ASAP. At least they're working on it.
