Thread: Man City v Real Madrid

    Man City v Real Madrid

First of all who on earth chose Madrid's colours?? Secondly it 1-0 afet 10 minutes...Madrid passing from keeper to each full back in turn about 3 or 4 times.....until the FB was dispossessed and the ball squared for Sterling to sidefoot home...probably game over.

What a stupid way to play out from the back...at times you just need to clear.

    Bloody hell...it nealy happened again..!!!

Two good CL games tonight. Both 1 - 1 at HT

Both plenty to play for. Juve need to win by 2 goals. Man City need a draw,

Wished Man City’s Owners had chosen us, we’d be playing in front of 60k crowds and have Bale and Ramsey in our team!

I haven't watched a full CL game since Utd did the treble.

I'd love to see City involved but suspect it'll not happen for ages.

The quality of football from Man City and Real Madrid was astounding. Obviously mistakes were made, but the level of skill and fluidity from both teams was top notch. You have to fancy Man City now.

Do you think Pep would have Bale in the Man City team?

I agree. In lockdown I've realized I can watch real footballing sides and forget the lack of a crowd. Watching Tampa Bay V Miami etc my mind starts to wander...

I watched the Phillies/Yankees game on Thursday night and it just illustrated to me that the crowd at a baseball game means almost nothing to the TV viewer.
