Exactly, mate. Having managed to negotiate the process to purchase Option 1 it is just so difficult to redeem the voucher. Going into , 'My Account,' the, 'Active,' rectangle is in grey presumably because I have not physically redeemed the voucher.
Clicking on the little square, with an arrow, to the bottom right it takes you to another page with nothing to click on to redeem the voucher. Add to that in this process two different references have been given by the Club.
LB, I share your frustration. And this is not a one off of having to jump through these invisible hoops you invariably have to with City and on-line matters.
