How to redeem your streaming pass

If like me you did not receive the e-mail explaining the process, hopefully this will help.

You will need to redeem a NEW streaming code for the 2020/2021 season if you have renewed your season ticket.

Step 1:

https://tickets.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/

go to above link and sign into your account.

You should see a large banner prompting you to complete your streaming code transaction.

Step 2:

Complete the transaction by entering your fan Id or Email when prompted

you will then get a confirmation with the streaming code provided.

Copy or write down this code.



Step 3:

go to Club TV on website
or use this link:
https://www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/video/packages

you will see a option to redeem vouchers, select this.

step 4:

Scroll down a bit to a box where you can type in code and select redeem voucher.
If done correctly you are now good to go

I'm getting similar to that, been stuck in a queue now. They're beyond a joke.

Managed to get in now. Playing it through Apple TV off my laptop...:and the commentary has gone! Any suggestions?

Tried to listen to the game through my phone - No coverage of the game due to restriction rights - I'll need to sit in the car.
