Anyone know about editing PDF text docs?

I've converted a Word document into a PDF one and it is showing all of the amendments I made in typing the original document. There's also a strikethrough type red line running through pages of the text - what's that all about and can I remove it?

Anyone on here have experience of this sort of thing and how to make a PDF document fit for printing?

It sounds like you had track changes on and were showing markup when you converted it to pdf. Try again, but on the Review tab, in the tracking tab, select No Markup from the drop down

That's exactly what I had done Richard - thank you so much for pointing it out and showing how I could put things right.
