I've said it on numerous occasions that I'm not convinced by Lampard. He needs to sort out their defence this season (not by just signing new defenders either).
Yep, the jury's still out on him after he failed to win the Premier League title last season, and all he could come up with was the feeble excuse of a transfer embargo hindering his progress.
