Unstoppable Domains - the future of the Internet

Has anyone bought an unstoppable domain yet? I have just purchased 6, one to keep and the rest to hopefully sell for a profit in the not too distant future.

What are they you might be asking yourself? Well, Blockchain domains can be used to build censorship-resistant websites. Traditional domain assets are stored on your behalf by custodians like Godaddy and Google Domains. But a blockchain domain is stored and controlled by you, so no company or court order can take it. Pay once and you own the domain for life, no renewal fees.

Most of you will probably remember the dotCom boom in the late '90s, now people are buying up these new domains which end in .crypto and not ending in the customary .com.
In the '90s, sex.com sold twice for a total of twenty-seven million dollars. Although in its infancy, sex.crypto sold for ninety thousand dollars.

If you go to a website called 'unstoppabledomains.com' you can search for available domains. Most will cost between 20-40 USD each.

Ah, well sorry about that small image. It was mikemorris.crypto if anyone was wondering.

All permutations of Cardiff City have already been taken it seems (not by me).

    Sounds risky?

Why would these be so popular if not for illicit reasons?

Take Turkey, for instance, it has banned 138 words from use on the Internet, even such words in Turkish as 'gay' and 'naked'. Spain too, I cut & pasted this from an online article...."The proposal seeks to disallow "spreading images that infringe on the honour of a person" and makes reference to a law that's nearly a quarter of a century old. If politicians get their way, the ban will be added to the Citizen Security Law, an unpopular piece of legislation unaffectionately known as the "gag law." It was introduced last year and limits public protests and critical commentaries on social media."

There's a second use of having a crypto domain. At the moment, if someone wants to send you a cryptocurrency they will need your public key, which will look something like this.....0xDECAF9CD2367cdbb726E905xn0c7kcmcd23d95l 4cD6397eDFcAe6068D. Now that's not too difficult to copy & paste, however, in spoken conversation that would be impossible to give.
However, if you had a crypto domain, say for example.... wj99mobile.crypto you would just give them this and you would be able to receive the payment - much simpler.

In the not too distant future, the use of cryptocurrencies will be more widely adopted. Companies will want a way of making and receiving payments. Their own .crypto will allow this - for example: 'boots.crypto' will make it easy for Boots the Chemist to receive payment. If you get in now you can still buy a lot of big company domains and look to sell it to them in the future for a profit.
