We wouldn't have Moore as a player if it wasn't for his time with Wales, Moore wouldn't be as good a player if it wasn't for his time with Wales, City look like a midtable side this year so his time with Wales is not a distraction. Also, it's so very easy to support both.

I think we have to be realistic. Without the welsh connection between Cardiff and wales, I doubt very much if we would have secured his transfer. Better clubs were showing interest and i am sure bigger wages were on offer.

Are you suggesting that Giggs is more likely to pick players if they play for a Welsh team?

No but playing for the Welsh capital club keeps him in the spotlight.
He could have stayed up north and potentially dwindled away with time.
Currently, if wales need to field a reserve from Charlton Athletic, I don't think Moore is under any threat.

Am I the only one who thought he was deliberately trying to run into the England goalkeeper? The more replays I see, the more it looks like that was the case. You see a lot of this these days, but no-one ever says anything.
