what were you expecting when you opened the link?

I knew what I was expecting as I'd already seen the story before seeing the thread.
I was expecting to see a thread title including words to the effect of 'in connection with the death of' not 'charged with the death of'.

The CAA said it has charged Henderson, who allegedly arranged the flight, with two offences under the Air Navigation Order (2016).

He is accused of acting in a “reckless/negligent” manner, and being involved in the commercial use of the plane involved in the crash.
