Feedback wouldn't get as many bites on there though, he's certainly working his way through his old favourites in this thread .

How much of a stimulus to the economy was lowering the highest band of income tax?

I don't know the exact figures but I do know that when Thatcher removed surtax significantly more tax was collected from the very wealthy.

Mentioning Thatcher instead of answering the question. That's 2 double whiskies. This could be a fun thread!

And you'd have to assume that by 2030 the covid restrictions would be over
Not at present, the UK has a surplus of crude oil. I'm not sure why we are exporting rather than stockpiling, but thats another conversation.

And its bold of you to assume Boris and Co will have a handle on this pandemic by 2030.

The stupid housing system in this country , where everyone is pushed the dream of home ownership is one of the main reasons why our economy shifts from boom to bust so often .

I would rather have Welsh Labour in power than the tories lead by that Paul Davies or Andrew rt Davies, he's just a rich landowner with no interest in ordinary people

Working class people have suddenly become middle class in their eyes, laughable really.
But with the Tory spun media controlling the masses and making working class people think they are doing really well and making them think that they are middle class it will only get worse.
At least you have a title of Manager pinned to your chest.

Didn't realise until recently Mark Drakeford was a Corbyn backer , both from the Momentum grassroots world . Thought he was more of a centralist .
