Do you know what you mean by 'commercial gateway to Asia' or is it just words rehashed from something you read in the Express? I am genuinely interested to know what role Singapore might play in future UK exports if not just as one part of a straight trading deal. Do you mean that the UK might not need to race for trade deals with all the other Asian countries that we currently trade with through the EU? That the city state of Singapore might act as an Asian agent for UK plc? Do tell.

I am also interested in your claim about avocados. Not about what you put on your toast (!) but the 'secondary European supply market'. I am no expert, but I understood that most avocados sold in the UK came direct by ship from Israel (and the occupied West Bank). Are you saying that they are unladed and moved to a European warehouse, and left for a while before being reloaded and delivered to the UK - adding time and cost to the transaction? Where did you get that gem from?

You have spent the last 4 years rubbishing the EU and repeating Brexit bullshit, and yet you claim to have voted Remain? Why?
Did you know that the word 'avocado' (when referring to the fruit) is a Spanish bastardisation of the Aztec word 'āhuacatl', which means testicle.

I will open it up to the floor since LOM isn't confident enough to reply.

I am struggling to understand this, so whilst you are in the EU you can only buy things from other countries within the EU?

So using your Avocado example Herbert, the four countries that the UK sources the vast majority of that fruit from whilst it was in the EU were Peru, South Africa, Chile and Israel. Which four countries do you think it will souce avocados from in the future now that it has taken back control and no longer has to rely upon the secondary European supply market.

The messiah Jeremy Corbyn said :.

""There is nothing intrinsically socialist about the EU.""

Mr Corbyn said a vote in Ireland against the Lisbon Treaty would be "such a boost to people like us" who "do not want to live in a European empire of the 21st century."

Priceless : After the footage emerged, Mr Corbyn was praised by former Ukip leader Nigel Farage, who wrote on Twitter: "Love this speech by Corbyn on the second Irish referendum. He is a real Eurosceptic. His role will be crucial over the next few weeks.

No substance reply not a thoughtful one either , should you not fling around the mental breakdown type quote so flimsy, typically you'd lash out if that was uttered or some other derogatory term was uttered by a Tory , double standards for all to see .

If an Amoeba ever thought it won a debate it would probably look something like this.
